Email Audit/Foundations (Month 1)

  • Klaviyo Email Audit

    • Audience hygiene and segments

    • Dynamic Products/Content

    • Workflow Set Up

    • Promotional email and workflow reporting

  • API webhooks and integrations

    • Klaviyo <> Shopify

    • Klaviyo <> Postscript/Attentive

    • Set up event tracking for KPIs

  • Review the current email calendar

  • Set up automated reporting

Monthly Duties and Responsibilities (ongoing)

  • Collaborate with the Perfect DD marketing team to review the seasonal marketing calendar

  • Content management and production for seasonal promotional emails

  • Review and strategize email campaign opportunities for the Perfect DD brand

  • A/B and multivariate testing for promotional and workflow emails

  • Set up, testing, and deployment of Perfect DD promotional emails

  • Assist with any changes needed to Perfect DD automated workflows, including; Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, Shopify, and any additional marketing automation applications.

  • Database management and hygiene

  • API integrations and queries

  • Automated reporting & Insights

    ** Readily available via phone, email, and slack channel during working hours

    ** No monthly email cap
